The Real Problem
High-performing leaders don't slow their businesses down on purpose. They do it by staying indispensable — by being so good at solving problems that their team quietly stopped trying to solve them without you.
Your team waits on your sign-off for things they're fully capable of handling. You built that habit — not by being controlling, but by being reliably faster and better than anyone else.
Revenue isn't growing because the business can only move as fast as you can. The harder you work, the more your team steps back. The ceiling rises with you.
Knowing you tend toward perfectionism is not the same as seeing exactly which decisions that perfectionism is stalling right now. Awareness of a pattern is not the capability to change it.
Leadership drag isn't abstract. It shows up in delayed decisions, under-delegated work, and lost revenue. The Leadership Drag™ Calculator translates your patterns into a dollar figure using your actual numbers.
What Is Leadership Drag™?
Leadership Drag™ is what happens when a leader's behavioral patterns — however well-intentioned — quietly slow everything around them down. It's not about working less. It's about the invisible tax your style places on your team's decisions, development, and output every single day.
Dimension 01
Too many decisions run through you. Your team has learned — correctly — that the fastest path to a decision is you. Every bottlenecked approval slows velocity and trains your people to stop thinking without your sign-off.
Dimension 02
Your team isn't operating at the capacity the business needs. The more you solve, the less they stretch. What looks like high performance from you is quietly creating underperformance around you.
Dimension 03
Growth opportunities are waiting on your bandwidth. Every decision delayed, every initiative stalled at your desk, every moment your team defers to you instead of moving — that's revenue you've pushed to a later date.
The Leadership Drag™ Calculator estimates your annual cost across all three dimensions using your actual numbers. The figure is often higher than leaders expect — and $250K is the minimum threshold to qualify for the Exposure Review™.

The Leadership Intelligence™ Ecosystem
A structured, diagnostic-led engagement system for founders, CEOs, and senior operators who are ready to stop being the constraint. Every step is sequenced intentionally — from a free 20-question quiz to a full Leadership Architecture engagement.
A free 20-question diagnostic that identifies where Leadership Drag™ is most active in your leadership. Email required. Once complete, the Leadership Intelligence™ email sequence continues the conversation so you can explore next steps at your own pace.
Take the Quiz →After the quiz, you'll run the Leadership Drag™ Calculator — a self-serve tool that estimates the annual cost of your drag across three dimensions (Decision Concentration, Team Efficiency, and Revenue Deferral) using your actual numbers. Most leaders are surprised by what they see.
Why this matters: Leaders who calculate their drag understand the urgency. It's not a personality conversation — it's a business case. The threshold for the next step is $250K in estimated annual drag.
The required entry point for all paid engagements. A 60-minute diagnostic session built around your Leadership Intelligence™ (LI) Assessment — a 24-question instrument that identifies your dominant archetype, alignment score, and priority dimensions.
Before the session you'll complete the LI Assessment. During the session, we walk through your scores, integrate your Leadership Drag™ data, and together assess whether Phase 1 is the right next move — or whether a different path makes more sense.
You leave with: Your personalized LI Report as a tangible deliverable — regardless of whether you proceed. If Phase 1 is the right next move, the path forward is clear from there.
A suite of carefully selected behavioral and leadership assessments administered over 4–6 weeks. Each instrument captures a different dimension of your leadership operating system — how you think, how you make decisions, how you relate, and where you tend to break down under pressure.
The results are synthesized into a single Diagnostic Report with precise calibration priorities — not a list of strengths and weaknesses, but a clear picture of exactly where your patterns are creating drag and what to do about it.
Outcome: A full Leadership Intelligence™ Diagnostic Report, a 60-minute debrief session, and a clear Phase 2 readiness assessment.
Structured 1:1 calibration sessions built directly from Phase 1 findings. Real scenarios, real decisions, real-time feedback. Weeks 1–6 focus on interrupting the priority patterns. Weeks 7–12 shift toward consistent execution and sustainable integration.
A formal 90-Day Summary Report closes the engagement — documenting progress, remaining development areas, and the case for Phase 3 if applicable.
Entry requirement: Phase 1 completion and consultant-assessed Phase 2 readiness. Not every client proceeds — this is by design.
The full-system engagement. Extends the work to the leader's direct team through a Team Diagnostic and structured team sessions — aligning the entire leadership layer around calibrated behavioral norms.
The engagement closes with a Leadership Architecture Report: a documented blueprint of the architectural shifts achieved, the leader's calibrated operating model, team alignment outcomes, and long-term sustainability practices.
The outcome: The leader operates from a calibrated, sustainable model. The team is aligned. The drag is quantifiably reduced. The organization has a documented blueprint for ongoing leadership performance.

Who's Behind This Work
Most of the leaders I work with didn't wake up one day and decide to lead people. They built something. They were good at what they did. They grew. And suddenly, people were depending on them — for direction, stability, decisions, clarity. And no one ever taught them how to carry that well.
I built the Leadership Intelligence™ system because most leadership training stops at the feel-good moment. It celebrates awareness, offers affirmation, and addresses one dimension of who a leader is — then sends them back into the same environment expecting different results. That's not transformation. That's an event.
My work stands in the gap. The MPM framework — Mindset, Process, and Movement — is the architecture underneath everything I do. Mindset without process stays stuck in intention. Process without movement becomes bureaucracy. All three, working together, is where real leadership change happens.
I use carefully selected behavioral and leadership assessments as a starting point — not to box people in, but to help them see themselves clearly, sometimes for the first time. When a leader understands how they're wired, where they overextend, what triggers them, what strengthens them — everything shifts. Conversations get healthier. Teams feel safer. The leader feels less alone.
"Leadership is influence. And influence, when it's handled well, is powerful. I'm passionate about helping leaders handle it well."
